Alternator Recycling Machine for Copper Recovery
Scrap alternators contain valuable copper in stator and rotor windings. This alternator recycling machine uses dedicated cutting, pulling and hydraulic pressing processes to reduce manual dismantling work and prepare copper and metal components for further recycling.
How the Alternator Recycling Machine Works
The recycling process is divided into stator and rotor processing. First, the alternator stator is positioned in the cutting machine, which severs one side of the copper coil. The stator is then transferred to the pulling machine, where a hydraulic clamp pulls the copper winding from the stator.
For rotor processing, the rotor is placed in the F30 hydraulic press. Controlled hydraulic force helps separate the rotor housing and expose components for downstream copper and metal recovery.
Technical Features
- Dedicated Stator Cutter & Puller:A two-step process designed for efficient alternator stator dismantling and copper recovery.
- Hydraulic Rotor Press:The F30 hydraulic press uses 3.0 kW power for rotor housing separation and reduces manual dismantling work.
- Automotive Alternator Application:The equipment is designed around the typical dimensions and construction of automotive alternators.
- Modular Processing:Stator cutting, copper pulling and rotor pressing can be arranged according to the customer's processing requirements.
Technical Specifications
